Christopher A Viviano

Chris is a native Houstonian and received his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas. He entered the mortgage business in 1982 and co-founded Houston Capital Mortgage in 1989. He is a past director of the Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Brokers and a member of the Texas Association of Mortgage Bankers. He is licensed by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending and holds Texas Mortgage Broker's License # 2158. He is married to his lovely wife Cathy and they have two sons, Michael and Stephen. They also have two labradors retrievers, Tess and Guss. Chris enjoys many hobbies and activities, such as cycling, golf and home remodeling projects.
